General questions
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form to tell us the service, your postcode and some details about the property. Photos are helpful. We'll reply with a written quote listing what's included.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover East London, Essex and Hertfordshire, including Romford, Ilford, Stratford, Chelmsford, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Watford, St Albans and Stevenage. Add your postcode to the quote form and we'll confirm.
Why do you ask questions before quoting?
Two properties that sound the same can need very different amounts of work. Knowing the rooms, condition and extras in advance means the quote reflects the actual job.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We bring the equipment and products for the job. We just need access, electricity and running water.
Can I book more than one service at a time?
Yes. Carpets, upholstery, ovens and other services can be combined into one visit and one quote.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
Not always. If you can arrange access, we can work while you're out. We recommend checking the work with us before we leave.
How do I pay?
Payment details are confirmed with your booking. Your quote sets out the agreed price.
