Method matched to the rug
Synthetic and natural fibre rugs are treated differently.
From £20
Rugs sit in the busiest parts of the home. We check the fibre first, then clean them in a way that suits it.
A machine-made synthetic rug and a hand-knotted wool rug need very different approaches. We check the fibre, backing and dyes before cleaning, then choose the method and products accordingly. Fringes and edges are cleaned carefully, and the rug is groomed and left to dry flat.
Rugs pick up grit, spills and pet hair quickly, especially in living rooms and children's rooms. A professional clean lifts out the embedded dirt and refreshes the colours, without the risk of shrinking or bleeding that comes with the wrong method.
Rugs are usually cleaned on the same visit as carpets or sofas, and pet odour treatment can be added. If a rug needs specialist off-site cleaning, we'll tell you before booking.

Most rugs are cleaned on site, so there's no collection.
Rugs can be cleaned on the same visit as your carpets.
