Being realistic
What cleaning can't fix
Cleaning removes dirt and build-up. It can't repair damage, and we'll always be upfront about that.
Not covered
- Permanent stains, dye loss and bleach marks
- Worn, faded or damaged carpet and fabric
- Scratches, chips, burns and etching on surfaces
- Mould that has grown into sealant or plaster
- Anything that wasn't on the agreed list

What happens if something on the agreed list is missed?
Tell us before we leave and we'll put it right there and then. If you notice something afterwards, contact us as soon as possible.
Does the guarantee cover permanent stains or damage?
No. Cleaning can't repair damage or remove marks that have become permanent. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
