A move-out clean that follows the inventory
Inventory checks look past the obvious. They look at oven doors, grout lines, cupboard tops, skirting boards and the marks around light switches. Our end of tenancy clean works through each room with those details in mind, and anything extra you need, such as carpets or appliances, is agreed in the quote before we arrive.
Moving out is busy enough without scrubbing an oven at midnight. An end of tenancy clean hands that job to us, so the property is ready for the check-out while you deal with the move.
Most move-out cleans are booked by tenants a few days before check-out, or by landlords and letting agents between tenancies. Tell us the check-out date and we'll plan around it. Carpets and appliances can go on the same quote, so it all happens in one visit.

- Keep the electricity and water connected
- Switch the oven off in advance if it's being cleaned
- Let us know about key collection and parking
Being honest about results
- We clean to a move-out standard, but cleaning can't repair damage or remove marks that have become permanent.
- Very heavy limescale, mould or grease may need extra time. Photos help us quote for it accurately.
- If anything on the agreed list has been missed, tell us before we leave and we'll put it right.
